Pinoy Burger
This Pinoy Burger layers sisig beef patties with sharp cheese, mango, atchara, and crackling chicharon.

Ingredients for Pinoy Burger
- 600 g lean beef mince
- 2 cups finely chopped sisig
- 2 eggs
- 2 tbsp flour
- Salt
- Freshly ground black pepper
- 1 cup mayonnaise
- 1 clove garlic
- 1/2 kg pork skin
- Pork chicharon
- Kesong puti or goat's cheese feta
- Philippine mango, sliced
- Atchara
- Banana ketchup
- Garlic mayonnaise
- Pandesal buns
How to cook Pinoy Burger
- 1.Mix beef, sisig, eggs, flour, salt, and pepper. Divide into 6 portions and form thick patties.
- 2.Pan-fry patties 3–4 minutes per side, until cooked through. Mix minced garlic with mayonnaise.
- 3.Pat pork skin dry, refrigerate overnight, salt it, then roast on a rack at 160°C for 1 1/2 hours.
- 4.Raise oven to 220°C and roast skin up to 15 minutes until light brown and crisp. Cool, then break into squares.
- 5.Spread garlic mayonnaise on split pandesal. Layer patty, cheese, chicharon, mango, atchara, and banana ketchup; serve.
