Mango Sago Pudding
Chilled Mango Sago Pudding layers sweet coconut cream, chewy sago, and ripe Philippine mangoes.

Ingredients for Mango Sago Pudding
- 4 ripe Philippine mangoes, cut into small cubes
- 1½ cups small tapioca pearls
- 2½ cups coconut milk
- ½ cup coconut cream
- ¾ cup sugar
- 1 teaspoon salt
- Water
How to cook Mango Sago Pudding
- 1.Bring a pot of water to a boil. Add tapioca pearls and cook over medium heat for about 30 minutes, stirring occasionally, until translucent.
- 2.Drain the sago, rinse well under cold running water, and set aside.
- 3.Combine coconut milk, coconut cream, sugar, and salt in a saucepan. Bring to a boil, then simmer until the sugar dissolves completely.
- 4.Chill the coconut mixture. Divide sago among glasses, pour over the chilled mixture, and top with mango cubes. Serve cold.
