Ingredients for Pork Giniling with Quail Eggs
- 2 lb ground pork
- 12 to 18 hard-boiled quail eggs, peeled
- 3/4 cup diced carrot
- 3/4 cup green peas
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 can tomato sauce, 8 oz
- 1/2 cup raisins
- 1 medium yellow onion, diced
- 1 cup beef broth
- 2 tbsp cooking oil
- Salt and ground black pepper, to taste
How to cook Pork Giniling with Quail Eggs
- 1.Heat oil in a pot and sauté onion until soft. Add ground pork and cook until light brown.
- 2.Stir in garlic powder and raisins. Add tomato sauce and beef broth.
- 3.Bring to a simmer, cover, and cook over low-medium heat for 25 to 30 minutes.
- 4.Add carrot and green peas, cover, and cook 7 minutes until tender.
- 5.Season with salt and pepper. Add quail eggs, stir gently, cook 1 minute, and serve.
