- 1 pound thinly sliced beef steak
- 1 serving teriyaki sauce
- 2 cups garlic fried rice
- 2 eggs
- 3 tablespoons cooking oil
How to cook Beef Teriyaki Tapa with Fried Rice and Egg
- 1.Mix beef with teriyaki sauce in a bowl, cover, and refrigerate for at least 1 hour.
- 2.Heat cooking oil in a pan over medium-high heat. Add beef and all marinade.
- 3.Stir-fry for 5 to 10 minutes, until the beef is cooked and the sauce has evaporated.
- 4.Cook the eggs to your preferred doneness.
- 5.Divide garlic fried rice between two plates, then add an egg and half the beef to each plate.
