Milky Cheese Donuts are soft fried doughnuts rolled in a sweet powdered-milk coating.

Ingredients for Milky Cheese Donuts
- 500 g bread flour
- 60 g white sugar
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 5 g yeast
- 100 ml lukewarm water
- 150 ml buttermilk, room temperature
- 1 egg, beaten
- 60 g butter, melted
- neutral oil, for frying
- 1 cup powdered milk
- 1/2 cup powdered sugar
- processed cheese
How to cook Milky Cheese Donuts
- 1.Combine bread flour, sugar, salt, and yeast. Mix in lukewarm water, buttermilk, and egg until a dough forms.
- 2.Knead in melted butter for about 20 minutes until smooth and elastic.
- 3.Cover and let rise in a warm place for 1 to 1 1/2 hours, until doubled.
- 4.Punch down, divide, and shape into round or long donuts, enclosing processed cheese if desired.
- 5.Fry in medium-hot oil for about 3 minutes per side until golden; drain well.
- 6.Mix powdered milk and powdered sugar, then roll warm donuts in the coating and serve.
