Pinoy Breakfast Omelet and Bacon Garlic Fried Rice
This filling Pinoy breakfast pairs bacon garlic fried rice with a tomato, onion, and cheese omelet.

Ingredients for Pinoy Breakfast Omelet and Bacon Garlic Fried Rice
- 5 eggs
- 1 1/2 teaspoons Knorr Liquid Seasoning
- 1 tomato, sliced
- 1 onion, sliced
- 1/2 cup grated cheddar cheese
- 1/2 cup chopped green onions
- 2 tablespoons butter
- 3 tablespoons cooking oil
- 4 cups cooked rice
- 8 strips bacon, cut into small pieces
- 5 cloves garlic, minced
- 2 teaspoons Knorr Liquid Seasoning
- 1/4 cup chopped green onions
- Salt and ground black pepper, to taste
How to cook Pinoy Breakfast Omelet and Bacon Garlic Fried Rice
- 1.Cook bacon in a pan until crisp and its fat renders. Reserve about 3 tablespoons bacon fat and remove excess.
- 2.Add garlic to the bacon fat and cook until beginning to brown. Stir-fry rice for 3 minutes.
- 3.Add 2 teaspoons Knorr Liquid Seasoning, salt, pepper, and 1/4 cup green onions; toss 2 minutes and set aside.
- 4.Heat cooking oil, sauté onion until tender, and remove. Arrange tomato in the pan, add butter, and cook 1 minute.
- 5.Add 1/2 cup green onions and the sautéed onion. Beat eggs with 1 1/2 teaspoons Knorr Liquid Seasoning and pour over vegetables; add cheese.
- 6.Cover and cook on the lowest heat until eggs are set and cheese melts. Serve with bacon garlic fried rice.
