Ginataang Sapsap
Ginataang Sapsap is butterfish gently cooked in a spicy coconut sauce with spinach.

Ingredients for Ginataang Sapsap
- 6 butterfish, cleaned and salted
- 29 g Knorr Ginataang Gulay Mix
- 2 cups spinach
- 6 Thai chili peppers
- 1 long green pepper
- 3 thumbs ginger, julienned
- 1 onion, chopped
- 2 cloves garlic, crushed
- 2 tbsp white vinegar
- 1 1/4 cups water
- 3 tbsp cooking oil
How to cook Ginataang Sapsap
- 1.Dissolve Knorr Ginataang Gulay Mix in water and set aside.
- 2.Heat oil in a pan over medium heat. Sauté onion, garlic, and ginger until onion softens.
- 3.Pour in ginataan mixture, add Thai chilies, bring to a boil, and cook for 1 minute.
- 4.Add butterfish, cover, and cook for 5 minutes.
- 5.Pour in vinegar and add long green pepper. Cover and cook for 2 minutes.
- 6.Add spinach, stir gently, and cook for 1 minute. Serve warm with rice.
