Extremely Spicy Pork Adobo na Tuyo
This fiery Pork Adobo na Tuyo reduces tender pork belly into an intensely spicy, oil-rendered adobo.

Ingredients for Extremely Spicy Pork Adobo na Tuyo
- 2 lbs pork belly, cut into serving pieces
- 1 ghost pepper
- 2 tsp whole peppercorns
- 6 cloves garlic, crushed
- 6 dried bay leaves
- 12 Thai chilies
- 1/2 cup soy sauce
- 1/4 cup white vinegar
- 2 cups beef broth
How to cook Extremely Spicy Pork Adobo na Tuyo
- 1.Combine pork, soy sauce, peppercorns, and garlic. Cover and refrigerate for at least 3 hours.
- 2.Heat a pan over medium-high heat and cook the pork with its marinade until browned.
- 3.Add beef broth and bring to a boil. Add ghost pepper and Thai chilies, cover, and cook over medium heat for 15 minutes.
- 4.Add bay leaves and vinegar. Boil, cover, and simmer for 40 to 60 minutes until pork is tender, adding broth or water if needed.
- 5.Uncover and cook until liquid evaporates. Continue over low-medium heat until pork renders oil, then serve with rice.
