Sipo Egg (Mixed Vegetables with Shrimps and Quail Eggs)
A creamy Sipo Egg combines colorful vegetables, shrimp, cashews, and tender quail eggs.

- 1 1/2 cups green peas
- 1 1/2 cups corn kernels
- 1 cup chopped carrots
- 1/2 cup cashews
- 18 hard-boiled quail eggs, shelled
- 400 g shrimp, shelled
- 1 white onion, chopped
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1/2 cup chicken stock
- 3 tsp cornstarch
- 2 tsp sesame oil
- Salt, to taste
- White pepper, to taste
- 3 tbsp butter
How to cook Sipo Egg (Mixed Vegetables with Shrimps and Quail Eggs)
- 1.Whisk the cornstarch into the chicken stock until smooth.
- 2.Melt butter in a pan over low heat; sauté garlic and onion until the onion is soft.
- 3.Add corn, carrots, and peas; cook for 3 minutes, stirring occasionally.
- 4.Add the stock mixture, cashews, shrimp, and quail eggs. Cook over medium heat for 3 minutes, stirring gently.
- 5.Season with salt and white pepper, drizzle with sesame oil, and serve.
