Ingredients for Misua with Ground Beef and Zucchini Soup
- 4 to 6 oz misua
- 1/2 lb ground beef
- 4 cups water
- 1 beef bouillon cube or 2 to 3 teaspoons beef powder
- 1 medium zucchini, cubed
- 1/2 cup green onions, chopped
- 10 hard-boiled quail eggs
- 4 garlic cloves, crushed
- 1 small yellow onion, minced
- 2 teaspoons fish sauce
- 1/2 teaspoon ground black pepper
- 2 tablespoons cooking oil
How to cook Misua with Ground Beef and Zucchini Soup
- 1.Heat oil in a pot and sauté garlic and onion until aromatic.
- 2.Add ground beef and cook until light brown.
- 3.Add bouillon and water, stir, bring to a boil, cover, and simmer for 15 minutes.
- 4.Add zucchini and cook for 5 minutes until tender.
- 5.Add misua, fish sauce, and black pepper; cook 3 to 5 minutes until noodles are tender.
- 6.Add quail eggs and green onions, then serve.
