Beef Misono
Beef misono is a quick, garlicky beef stir-fry cooked hot and fast with soy sauce and butter.

Ingredients for Beef Misono
- 500 g thinly sliced chuck steak or sukiyaki-cut beef
- 3 tablespoons Kikkoman soy sauce
- 6 cloves garlic, minced
- 2 tablespoons butter
- Salt to taste
- Freshly ground black pepper to taste
- Cooking oil
How to cook Beef Misono
- 1.Season beef lightly with salt and freshly ground black pepper.
- 2.Heat a heavy wok or pan over high heat; add a little oil until nearly smoking.
- 3.Stir-fry beef and garlic in batches if needed for about 5 minutes, keeping the pan hot.
- 4.Pour in soy sauce and stir-fry 2 minutes more.
- 5.Lower heat, add butter, and stir for 1 minute until glossy; serve immediately.
