Seafood Salpicao
This quick Seafood Salpicao pairs mixed seafood with crisp vegetables and buttery garlic.

Ingredients for Seafood Salpicao
- 2 tbsp oil
- 5 garlic cloves, minced
- 1 cup shiitake mushrooms
- 1 cup young corn, cut into 1-inch pieces
- 500 g frozen mixed seafood, thawed
- 3 tbsp oyster sauce
- 2 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 cup broccoli florets
- 1 cup snow peas
- 1 medium red bell pepper, cut into squares
- 1/2 tsp chilli flakes
- 2 tbsp butter
- 1 tsp ground pepper
- 1 tbsp cornstarch
- 1 tsp brown sugar
- 1/2 cup water
How to cook Seafood Salpicao
- 1.Heat oil over low heat. Fry all but 1 tablespoon garlic until golden; remove and reserve.
- 2.Sauté remaining garlic over medium heat until aromatic, then add shiitake and young corn for several seconds.
- 3.Add seafood, oyster sauce, and soy sauce; toss well.
- 4.Add broccoli, snow peas, bell pepper, and chilli flakes; stir briefly.
- 5.Mix water, cornstarch, and brown sugar. Add to the pan and cook under 5 minutes, until seafood and vegetables are half-cooked.
- 6.Stir in butter and ground pepper. Transfer to a dish and top with reserved garlic.
