Tulapho
Tulapho slowly cooks pork belly before crisping it in its own rendered fat.

Ingredients for Tulapho
- 1 kg fatty pork belly, cubed
- 3 tbsp sea salt
- 1 tsp freshly ground black pepper
- 4 cups water
How to cook Tulapho
- 1.Bring water to a boil in a large wok.
- 2.Add pork, sea salt, and black pepper. Cover and boil over medium heat until pork is tender, adding water if needed.
- 3.Raise heat to high and cook until the liquid evaporates and the pork begins rendering fat.
- 4.Fry the pork in its rendered fat, turning as needed, until golden brown on all sides.
- 5.Drain on a paper towel-lined plate and serve.
