Ingredients for Copycat Macho Sisig Nachos
1 large bowl nacho chips
2 to 3 cups crispy sisig
1 large tomato, chopped
2 tablespoons chopped coriander
1 large white onion, chopped
2 bird's eye chilies, finely chopped
Cheese sauce, as needed
Salt, to taste
Freshly ground black pepper, to taste
How to cook Copycat Macho Sisig Nachos
1.In a bowl, toss together the chopped tomato, coriander, white onion, bird's eye chilies, a pinch of salt, and freshly ground black pepper; taste and adjust the seasoning.
2.Spread half of the nacho chips on a serving platter, then spoon over part of the tomato mixture so the chips are lightly covered.
3.Add the remaining nacho chips and scatter the rest of the tomato mixture over the top.
4.Pile the crispy sisig over the nachos, drizzle with cheese sauce, and serve right away while the chips are still crisp.
