Pork Curry Tinola
Pork Curry Tinola is a creamy coconut broth with tender pork, papaya, and warming spices.

Ingredients for Pork Curry Tinola
- 1 1/2 pounds pork shoulder, cubed
- 1 Knorr Pork Cube
- 1 green papaya, cut into wedges
- 1 1/2 cups spinach
- 2 cups coconut milk
- 1 1/2 cups water
- 1/2 teaspoon curry powder
- 2 teaspoons turmeric powder
- 1 teaspoon chili garlic oil
- 1 onion, chopped
- 2 thumbs ginger, chopped
- 5 cloves garlic, chopped
- 5 Thai chili peppers
- Fish sauce, to taste
How to cook Pork Curry Tinola
- 1.Heat oil in a pot over medium heat and sauté garlic, onion, and ginger until the onion softens.
- 2.Add pork and cook, stirring occasionally, until lightly browned outside. Stir in chili garlic oil and the Knorr Pork Cube.
- 3.Add coconut milk, bring to a boil, cover, and cook over low-medium heat for 20 minutes.
- 4.Add water, return to a boil, then cover and cook over the lowest heat until pork is tender.
- 5.Add papaya and cook 7 to 10 minutes. Stir in curry powder and turmeric.
- 6.Season with fish sauce, add Thai chilies and spinach, cover, and cook 2 minutes before serving hot.
