Dinuguan Using Sinigang Mix
This shortcut Dinuguan balances rich pork blood with the bright sourness of Sinigang sa Sampaloc Mix.

Ingredients for Dinuguan Using Sinigang Mix
- 2 lbs pork, cubed
- 22 g Knorr Sinigang sa Sampaloc Mix, Original
- 10 ounces pork blood
- 1 onion, chopped
- 2 thumbs ginger, chopped
- 5 cloves garlic, chopped
- 3 tablespoons cooking oil
- 4 dried bay leaves
- 3 long green peppers
- 2 tablespoons sugar
- 1 Knorr Pork Cube
- Soy sauce, as needed
- Water, as needed
- Ground black pepper, to taste
How to cook Dinuguan Using Sinigang Mix
- 1.Heat oil in a wok over medium heat. Sauté onion, garlic, and ginger until the onion softens.
- 2.Add pork and sauté until lightly browned. Stir in Sinigang sa Sampaloc Mix, pork cube, and bay leaves.
- 3.Add soy sauce and water, cover, and bring to a boil. Cook over low-medium heat for 35 minutes until pork is tender.
- 4.Add long green peppers and pork blood. Stir continuously and cook 5 to 8 minutes until the sauce thickens.
- 5.Season with sugar and black pepper; add salt only if needed. Serve warm.
