• 500 ml full-fat fresh cream, chilled
• 395 g sweetened condensed milk, chilled
• 1 cup halo-halo mix, drained and chilled

How to cook Halo Halo Ice Cream

1. 1.Whip chilled cream with a stand mixer until stiff peaks form, stopping before it becomes grainy.
2. 2.Gently fold in condensed milk and drained halo-halo mix until evenly distributed.
3. 3.Transfer to a freezer-safe container and freeze until firm.
4. 4.Scoop and serve straight from the freezer.
