Ginataang Salmon (Salmon in Coconut Milk)
Ginataang Salmon is a quick, creamy coconut fish stew with spinach and fresh chilies.

Ingredients for Ginataang Salmon (Salmon in Coconut Milk)
- 1 lb salmon fillet
- 1 packet (45 g) Knorr Ginataang Gulay Recipe Mix
- 4 long green chili peppers
- 3 to 4 Thai chili peppers, optional
- 1 bunch fresh spinach
- 1 medium onion, sliced
- 4 cloves garlic, crushed
- 3 tbsp cooking oil
- 1 1/2 cups water
- 1/4 tsp ground black pepper
- Salt, to taste, optional
How to cook Ginataang Salmon (Salmon in Coconut Milk)
- 1.Heat oil in a pot and sauté garlic and onion until the onion softens.
- 2.Whisk Knorr Ginataang Gulay Recipe Mix with water until smooth. Add to the pot and bring to a boil.
- 3.Add salmon pieces, long green chilies, and optional Thai chilies. Cover and cook over medium heat for 5 to 8 minutes.
- 4.Add spinach and black pepper; add salt if desired. Cover and cook 2 to 3 minutes until spinach wilts.
- 5.Serve hot with rice.
