Ginisang Pechay (Sautéed Bok Choy)
Ginisang Pechay is a simple pork and bok choy sauté with a light fish sauce broth.

Ingredients for Ginisang Pechay (Sautéed Bok Choy)
- 1 lb baby bok choy or pechay, chopped
- 1/2 lb pork, thinly sliced
- 1 medium tomato, diced
- 1 medium onion, chopped
- 2 tbsp fish sauce
- 1 tsp garlic, minced
- 1 cup water
- Cooking oil
- Ground black pepper, to taste
How to cook Ginisang Pechay (Sautéed Bok Choy)
- 1.Heat a little oil in a pan over medium heat. Sauté garlic, onion, and tomato until softened.
- 2.Add pork and cook for 5 minutes, stirring until lightly browned.
- 3.Stir in fish sauce and black pepper. Add water, cover, and simmer 10–15 minutes until pork is tender.
- 4.Add pechay and cook only a few seconds. Turn off heat, rest 5 minutes, and serve hot.
