Kangkong with Squid Balls in Oyster Sauce
Tender kangkong and squid balls are quickly cooked in a glossy oyster sauce.

Ingredients for Kangkong with Squid Balls in Oyster Sauce
- 1 bunch kangkong, cleaned and chopped
- 10 squid balls, halved
- 3 tablespoons oyster sauce
- 1/2 cup chicken broth
- 1 teaspoon cornstarch
- 1 onion, minced
- 3 cloves garlic, crushed and minced
- 3 tablespoons cooking oil
- Salt and ground black pepper, to taste
How to cook Kangkong with Squid Balls in Oyster Sauce
- 1.Heat oil in a pan over medium heat. Sauté onion and garlic until the onion softens.
- 2.Add squid balls and stir-fry for 3 minutes.
- 3.Stir in oyster sauce. Mix chicken broth and cornstarch until smooth, then pour into the pan.
- 4.Cook over medium heat, stirring, until the sauce thickens.
- 5.Add kangkong and cook 2–3 minutes until wilted. Season with salt and pepper, then serve.
