Fish Sinigang
Fish Sinigang is a tangy salmon-head soup with tender vegetables and a miso-rich broth.

Ingredients for Fish Sinigang
- 2 pounds salmon heads
- 23 g Knorr Sinigang sa Sampaloc with Miso
- 1 bunch mustard leaves
- 1 daikon radish, sliced
- 3 long green peppers
- 2 tomatoes, cut into wedges
- 8 okra
- 1 onion, chopped
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 2 thumbs ginger, sliced
- Cooking oil
- Ground black pepper, to taste
- Water
- Fish sauce, to taste
How to cook Fish Sinigang
- 1.Heat oil in a pot over medium heat. Sauté onion, garlic, and ginger until the onion softens.
- 2.Add salmon heads and enough water to cover. Bring to a boil, then stir in Knorr Sinigang sa Sampaloc with Miso and daikon.
- 3.Cover and simmer over low heat for 5 minutes. Add okra, green peppers, and tomatoes; cook 5 minutes more.
- 4.Season with black pepper and fish sauce. Add mustard leaves and cook for 2 minutes, just until wilted; serve hot.
