Pork Salpicao
Pork Salpicao features seared pork cubes in a buttery Worcestershire and garlic finish.

Ingredients for Pork Salpicao
- 500 g marbled pork steaks, cubed
- 1 whole garlic, pounded
- 4 tbsp extra-virgin olive oil
- 3 tbsp butter
- 1/4 cup Worcestershire sauce
- Maggi Savor
- 2 stalks spring onions, chopped
- Salt, to taste
- Freshly ground black pepper, to taste
How to cook Pork Salpicao
- 1.Season pork with salt and black pepper; marinate for 15 minutes.
- 2.Warm olive oil in a heavy pan over low heat. Fry garlic until golden and crisp, then remove it.
- 3.Pour off oil and heat the pan over high heat until smoking. Brown pork in batches on all sides.
- 4.Return all pork to the pan with butter, half the fried garlic, Worcestershire sauce, and spring onions; toss over very high heat for 1 minute.
- 5.Transfer to a platter, drizzle with Maggi Savor, top with remaining garlic, and serve.
