Seafood Pancit Bihon Guisado
Seafood Pancit Bihon Guisado is a stock-soaked noodle stir-fry loaded with prawns and vegetables.

Ingredients for Seafood Pancit Bihon Guisado
- 250 g pancit bihon noodles
- 2 squid tubes, pineapple-cut
- 12 prawns, shelled and deveined
- 8 fish balls, quartered
- 4 cups seafood or prawn stock
- 1 large bunch bok choy, chopped
- 1 carrot, sliced
- 3/4 cup celery, chopped
- 2 spring onion stalks, sliced
- 1/4 cup Filipino soy sauce
- Fish sauce, to taste
- White pepper, to taste
- 1 red onion, sliced
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- Oil, for cooking
- 1 lemon or calamansi, sliced
How to cook Seafood Pancit Bihon Guisado
- 1.Heat oil in a wok over medium heat; sauté garlic and onion. Add fish balls and cook 2 minutes.
- 2.Add 2 cups stock and pancit bihon, stirring continuously until noodles soften.
- 3.Add squid, prawns, carrot, and celery; stir 5 minutes while gradually adding remaining stock and soy sauce.
- 4.Add bok choy and spring onions; stir 3 minutes until noodles are cooked and liquid is absorbed.
- 5.Season with fish sauce and white pepper. Serve with lemon or calamansi.
