Ingredients for Kapeng Barako
- 2 tbsp ground kapeng barako
- 2 cups water
- Sugar, to taste
How to cook Kapeng Barako
- 1.Bring water to a boil in a small saucepan or kettle.
- 2.Add ground kapeng barako, lower the heat, and simmer gently for 3 to 4 minutes.
- 3.Remove from heat and let the grounds settle for 2 minutes.
- 4.Strain into cups and sweeten with sugar if desired.
