Pancit is a substantial noodle dish layered with pork, Chinese sausage, fried savory sides, and colorful vegetables.

Ingredients for Pancit
800 g egg noodles
2 Maggi Magic Chicken Cubes
1 1/2 lb pork belly
8 oz squid balls
8 oz kikiam
3 Chinese sausages
1 1/2 cups water
8 cloves garlic, minced
1 onion, thinly sliced
1/2 tsp ground black pepper
1 head cabbage, chopped
1 red bell pepper, sliced into strips
1 green bell pepper, sliced into strips
2 carrots, julienned
1/2 cup soy sauce
1/4 cup oyster sauce
6 cups water
2 tbsp cornstarch
How to cook Pancit
1.Sear pork belly until medium brown. Add 1 1/2 cups water, boil, then simmer until tender and much of the fat has rendered; remove pork.
2.Fry squid balls and kikiam in rendered fat for 2–2 1/2 minutes until browned; remove. Sauté bell peppers, carrots, and cabbage for 2 minutes; remove.
3.In a clean pan, sauté Chinese sausage in 3 tbsp oil for 30 seconds. Add onion and garlic; cook until onion softens.
4.Add soy sauce, oyster sauce, and 6 cups water; boil, then lower heat. Stir in Maggi Magic Chicken Cubes.
5.Add egg noodles and cook 2 minutes, tossing occasionally. Season with black pepper.
6.Mix cornstarch with 1/4 cup water and stir into the pan. Toss in pork, sausage, squid balls, kikiam, and vegetables; serve.
