Pinoy Pork and Chicken Curry
Pinoy Pork and Chicken Curry is a coconut-rich curry with tender meats and vegetables.

Ingredients for Pinoy Pork and Chicken Curry
- 1 lb chicken, cut into serving pieces
- 1 lb pork belly, cubed
- 1 Knorr Pork Cube
- 1 potato, cubed
- 1 red bell pepper, sliced
- 1 green bell pepper, sliced
- 1 1/2 tablespoons curry powder
- 3/4 cup frozen green peas
- 1 onion, chopped
- 4 garlic cloves, chopped
- 1 thumb ginger, minced
- 2 cups coconut milk
- 3/4 cup water, as needed
- Patis, to taste
- Ground black pepper, to taste
- 4 tablespoons cooking oil
How to cook Pinoy Pork and Chicken Curry
- 1.Heat oil in a pot. Pan-fry potato for 1 minute per side and set aside; pan-fry chicken 1 to 1 1/2 minutes per side and set aside.
- 2.Sauté onion, garlic, and ginger in the remaining oil. Add pork belly and cook until its exterior is light brown.
- 3.Pour in coconut milk and bring to a boil. Add Knorr Pork Cube, cover, and simmer over low-medium heat until pork is tender, adding water as needed.
- 4.Return chicken and cook for 15 to 18 minutes.
- 5.Add potato, bell peppers, green peas, and curry powder. Cook 5 minutes, season with patis and pepper, and serve.
