Beef with Corn and Mushroom
Beef with Corn and Mushroom is a creamy, savory skillet dish with tender beef and sweet corn.

Ingredients for Beef with Corn and Mushroom
- 750 g beef rump steak, thinly sliced
- 1 can (400 g) whole mushrooms, sliced
- 1 can (400 g) whole corn kernels, drained
- 1 can (400 g) condensed cream of mushroom soup
- 6 garlic cloves, minced
- 1 medium onion, chopped
- 1/4 cup cream
- 1 cup water
- 2 tablespoons Worcestershire sauce
- 4 tablespoons butter
- Fish sauce, to taste
- Freshly ground black pepper, to taste
- Chopped parsley, for garnish
- Cooking oil
How to cook Beef with Corn and Mushroom
- 1.Heat oil in a large pan over very high heat. Stir-fry beef for 1 minute per side, then remove.
- 2.Lower heat, melt butter, and sauté garlic and onion for 30 seconds.
- 3.Return beef to the pan with Worcestershire sauce and water. Boil, then simmer on low for 15 minutes or until tender.
- 4.Add condensed mushroom soup, corn, and mushrooms. Simmer on low for 10 minutes.
- 5.Season with fish sauce and pepper, stir in cream, and turn off heat.
- 6.Garnish with parsley and serve.
