  • 3 lb pork belly, cubed
  • 1 Knorr Pork Cube
  • 1 cup pineapple juice
  • 6 eggs
  • 1 head garlic, crushed
  • 1/2 cup soy sauce
  • 1 1/2 tsp whole peppercorns
  • 6 dried bay leaves
  • 3 tbsp vinegar
  • 1 1/2 tbsp dark brown sugar
  • 2 cups water

How to cook Pork Adobo in Pineapple Juice with Boiled Egg

  1. 1.Mix pork, pineapple juice, and soy sauce; cover and marinate at least 1 hour.
  2. 2.Cover eggs with water, bring to a rapid boil, turn off heat, and leave 10 minutes. Cool in iced water 10 minutes, then peel.
  3. 3.Brown crushed garlic in oil over medium heat. Separate pork from marinade and brown pork lightly.
  4. 4.Add reserved marinade and water; bring to a boil. Add Pork Cube, peppercorns, and bay leaves.
  5. 5.Cover and simmer over low-medium heat for 1 hour, until pork is tender.
  6. 6.Stir in vinegar and brown sugar, turn off heat, and add eggs or serve them alongside.
