Pork Ribs Sinigang
Pork Ribs Sinigang is a sour tamarind pork soup with tender ribs, radish, okra, eggplant, string beans, chilies, and bok choy.

Ingredients for Pork Ribs Sinigang
- 3 lbs pork baby back ribs
- 3 bunches bok choy
- 1 1/2 liters water
- 44 g Knorr Sinigang sa Sampaloc with Gabi
- 15 string beans, cut into 2-inch pieces
- 8 okra
- 1 Chinese eggplant, sliced
- 3 long green chili peppers
- 1 cup daikon radish, sliced
- 2 tomatoes
- 1 onion, wedged
- 3 tablespoons cooking oil
- Fish sauce, to taste
- Ground black pepper, to taste
How to cook Pork Ribs Sinigang
- 1.Heat the cooking oil in a large pot over medium heat. Saute the onion and tomatoes until the onion layers begin to separate.
- 2.Add the pork ribs and continue sauteing until the meat turns light brown.
- 3.Pour in the water, cover the pot, and bring to a boil. Lower the heat and simmer for 30 minutes.
- 4.Stir in the sinigang mix and daikon radish. Cover and continue cooking until the pork is tender.
- 5.Add the long green chilies, string beans, okra, and eggplant, then cook for 12 minutes.
- 6.Add the bok choy and cook for 3 minutes, just until wilted and tender-crisp.
- 7.Season with fish sauce and ground black pepper, then serve hot with rice.
