Fish Lumpia
Fish Lumpia turns cooked flaky fish into light, crunchy spring rolls.

Ingredients for Fish Lumpia
- 1 cup cooked fish meat, flaked, such as milkfish or mackerel
- 1 onion, finely chopped
- 1 carrot, finely chopped
- 1 tbsp cornstarch
- 3 tbsp water
- 1 tbsp sesame oil
- 1 egg
- Salt, to taste
- Pepper, to taste
- Spring roll wrappers
- Oil, for deep-frying
How to cook Fish Lumpia
- 1.Mix flaked fish, onion, carrot, cornstarch, water, sesame oil, egg, salt, and pepper until evenly combined.
- 2.Spoon filling along one edge of each spring roll wrapper and roll into tight cigar-shaped parcels.
- 3.Dampen the wrapper edge with water to seal, then freeze the rolls in a container until firm.
- 4.Deep-fry over low heat for 2–3 minutes, until the wrappers are crisp and golden.
