Ginisang Mustasa
Ginisang Mustasa is a quick mustard-green sauté enriched with salted duck egg and softly set egg.

Ingredients for Ginisang Mustasa
- 2 large bunches mustard greens, trimmed, cleaned, and cut into sections
- 2 tomatoes, diced
- 1/2 cup vegetable or chicken stock
- 1 salted duck egg, roughly chopped
- 2 eggs, lightly beaten
- 4 garlic cloves, minced
- 1 red onion, thinly sliced
- Freshly ground black pepper, to taste
- Fish sauce, to taste
- Oil, for cooking
How to cook Ginisang Mustasa
- 1.Heat oil in a wok over medium heat and sauté garlic and onion until fragrant.
- 2.Add tomatoes and cook until softened.
- 3.Add mustard greens and salted duck egg; stir-fry until the greens begin to wilt.
- 4.Pour in stock and gently spread beaten eggs over the vegetables without stirring. Cover and cook on high for 1 minute, until eggs set.
- 5.Season with fish sauce and black pepper, then serve.
