Ginisang Pechay with Ground Pork and Shrimp
Ginisang pechay with pork and shrimp is a fast, savory weeknight stir-fry.

Ingredients for Ginisang Pechay with Ground Pork and Shrimp
- 2 packs bok choy, about 500 g or 6 stalks
- 150 g minced pork, 30% fat
- 150 g shelled shrimp
- 1 large tomato, cubed
- 1 onion, chopped
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 cup shrimp stock
- Oil, for cooking
- Fish sauce, to taste
- Freshly ground black pepper, to taste
How to cook Ginisang Pechay with Ground Pork and Shrimp
- 1.Heat oil in a pan over medium heat and sauté garlic and onion until soft.
- 2.Add pork and cook until browned and it has rendered some fat.
- 3.Add tomato and cook until softened.
- 4.Add shrimp and bok choy; stir-fry over high heat for 2 minutes.
- 5.Add shrimp stock, bring to a boil, and simmer over high heat for 3 minutes.
- 6.Season with fish sauce and pepper. Turn off heat and serve.
