Pork Roast with Mushroom Gravy
Leftover pork roast becomes a comforting, creamy mushroom-gravy dinner.

Ingredients for Pork Roast with Mushroom Gravy
- 700 g leftover pork roast, sliced
- 1 cup leftover gravy
- 1 cup cream of mushroom soup
- 1 1/2 cups button mushrooms, sliced
- 1 medium white onion, finely chopped
- 3 tbsp butter
- Salt, to taste
- Freshly ground black pepper, to taste
How to cook Pork Roast with Mushroom Gravy
- 1.Melt butter in a heavy pan over medium heat and sauté onion until soft.
- 2.Add mushrooms and cook for 1 minute.
- 3.Stir in gravy, cream of mushroom soup, and sliced pork. Bring to a boil, then simmer 5 to 10 minutes until hot throughout.
- 4.Season with salt and freshly ground black pepper, then serve.
