Bilo-bilo are chewy glutinous rice balls ready for Filipino dessert soups and coconut sweets.

Ingredients for Bilo-bilo
- 1 cup glutinous rice flour
- 1/2 cup water
How to cook Bilo-bilo
- 1.Combine glutinous rice flour and water in a bowl until a soft, sticky dough forms.
- 2.With slightly wet hands, scoop 1 1/2 to 2 teaspoons of dough and roll into a smooth ball.
- 3.Arrange balls in a single layer on a plate, repeating until all dough is used.
- 4.Use immediately in a Filipino dessert recipe, or cover and freeze the uncooked balls for later.
