Tinumis
Tinumis is a tangy pork and pork-blood stew enriched with Sinigang na Sampaloc Mix.

Ingredients for Tinumis
- 1 lb pork, cut into small cubes
- 10 oz pork blood
- 1 medium plum tomato, diced
- 1 medium yellow onion, diced
- 4 cloves garlic, crushed
- 4 long green peppers
- 1 packet (20 g) Knorr Sinigang na Sampaloc Mix
- 1 Knorr Pork Cube
- 1 1/2 cups water
- 3 tbsp cooking oil
- Salt and ground black pepper, to taste
How to cook Tinumis
- 1.Heat oil in a pan over medium heat. Sauté garlic until medium brown, then cook onion and tomato until soft.
- 2.Add pork and cook over low-medium heat, stirring constantly, for 5 to 7 minutes until lightly browned. Stir in Sinigang na Sampaloc Mix.
- 3.Add pork blood and cook, stirring, for 10 to 15 minutes. Pour in water and cook for 5 minutes.
- 4.Stir in the Knorr Pork Cube, cover, and simmer on low for 15 to 25 minutes, adding water if the stew becomes too thick.
- 5.Season with salt and pepper, add long green peppers, and cook for 3 minutes before serving.
