This Salmon Sisig combines broiled salmon, creamy mayonnaise, fresh aromatics, and crisp chicharon.

Ingredients for Salmon Sisig
12 ounces salmon fillet
1/4 cup Lady's Choice Mayonnaise
1 1/2 teaspoons Knorr Liquid Seasoning
1 onion, chopped
3/4 cup green onion, chopped
6 Thai chili peppers, chopped
3/4 cup chicharon, crushed
3 tablespoons butter
1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
1 1/2 tablespoons cooking oil
Ground black pepper, to taste
How to cook Salmon Sisig
1.Coat the salmon with cooking oil and broil at 390°F for 12 minutes; cool slightly, then flake.
2.Melt 1 tablespoon butter in a pan with the oil over medium heat. Stir-fry salmon for 30 seconds.
3.Add half the onion, green onion, and chili; stir for 2 minutes. Add garlic powder and Knorr Liquid Seasoning; cook 1 minute.
4.Stir in mayonnaise for 30 seconds, then mix in chicharon. Transfer to a bowl and let cool slightly.
5.Toss with remaining onion and green onion; season with black pepper. Melt remaining butter on a hot metal plate, add sisig, and top with chicharon and chili.
