Chopsuey with Chicken and Broccoli
This chicken Chopsuey combines crisp-tender vegetables in a savory, glossy sauce.

Ingredients for Chopsuey with Chicken and Broccoli
- 4 oz chicken breast, sliced
- 1 Knorr Chicken Cube
- 1 1/2 cups broccoli florets
- 1 1/2 cups cauliflower florets
- 2 carrots, sliced crosswise
- 12 snow peas
- 2 cups cabbage, chopped
- 1 red bell pepper, sliced
- 1 green bell pepper, sliced
- 12 boiled quail eggs
- 14 oz young corn
- 1 cup water
- 5 cloves garlic, chopped
- 1 onion, sliced
- 2 tablespoons soy sauce
- 2 tablespoons oyster sauce
- 1 tablespoon cornstarch, diluted in 3/4 cup water
- 3 tablespoons cooking oil
- Salt and ground black pepper, to taste
How to cook Chopsuey with Chicken and Broccoli
- 1.Heat oil over medium heat; sauté onion until separated, then add garlic and cook until the onion softens.
- 2.Stir-fry chicken until its exterior is lightly browned. Add soy sauce, oyster sauce, and water; cover and bring to a boil.
- 3.Add the Knorr Chicken Cube and cook over medium heat until sauce is reduced by half.
- 4.Add carrots and cook 3 minutes, then stir in the cornstarch mixture.
- 5.Add young corn, cauliflower, bell peppers, broccoli, snow peas, and cabbage; toss, cover, and cook 1 1/2 minutes.
- 6.Season with salt and pepper, fold in quail eggs, and serve while vegetables remain crisp-tender.
