Sinabawang Isda at Gulay
Sinabawang Isda at Gulay is a clean ginger-tomato fish soup with tender kamote tops.

Ingredients for Sinabawang Isda at Gulay
- 2 mahi-mahi fillets, 3 oz each
- 3–4 cups fresh kamote tops
- 1 knob ginger, thinly sliced
- 2 medium tomatoes, sliced
- 1 medium red onion, sliced
- 2 cups water
- 1 teaspoon sea salt
How to cook Sinabawang Isda at Gulay
- 1.Bring water to a boil in a cooking pan.
- 2.Add tomatoes, ginger, and onion; cover and boil for 5–8 minutes.
- 3.Add mahi-mahi, cover, and cook over medium heat for 8–10 minutes, until the fish flakes easily.
- 4.Stir in sea salt and add kamote tops; cover and cook 1–2 minutes until wilted.
- 5.Transfer to a serving bowl and serve with warm white rice.
