Pork Chop Sinigang
Pork Chop Sinigang is a bright, sour soup with tender pork and a generous mix of vegetables.

Ingredients for Pork Chop Sinigang
- 3 pork chops
- 10 okra
- 8 snake beans, cut into 2-inch pieces
- 3 medium tomatoes, wedged
- 1 bunch fresh spinach
- 2 Chinese eggplants, sliced
- 3 long green peppers (siling pansigang)
- 1 medium yellow or white onion, wedged
- 6 cups water
- 1 40 g pack sinigang mix
- 3 tbsp fish sauce
How to cook Pork Chop Sinigang
- 1.Bring 6 cups water to a boil. Add tomatoes and onion and boil for 3 minutes.
- 2.Add pork chops, cover, and cook over medium heat for 30 to 40 minutes until tender.
- 3.Stir in sinigang mix until dissolved.
- 4.Add okra, eggplant, siling pansigang, and snake beans. Cover and cook 10 to 12 minutes until tender-crisp.
- 5.Add fish sauce and spinach. Cover, turn off heat, and let stand 5 minutes before serving with rice.
