Misua with Patola and Meatballs
Delicate misua and patola turn baked pork meatballs into a comforting, light soup.

Ingredients for Misua with Patola and Meatballs
- 2 oz misua (thin flour noodles)
- 1 large patola, sliced
- 1 recipe pork burger patty mixture
- 1/2 cup sliced green onion
- 4 cloves garlic, crushed
- 1 medium yellow onion, sliced
- 4 cups chicken broth
- 2 cups water
- 3 tbsp cooking oil
- Salt and pepper, to taste
How to cook Misua with Patola and Meatballs
- 1.Heat oven to 350°F (175°C). Roll 1 tablespoon pork burger patty mixture into each meatball and arrange on a greased tray.
- 2.Bake for 25 minutes, until cooked through.
- 3.Heat oil in a pot and sauté garlic and onion until the onion softens. Add baked meatballs.
- 4.Add chicken broth and water; bring to a boil, cover, reduce to low-medium, and cook 12 minutes.
- 5.Add patola and cook 5 to 8 minutes until tender. Stir in misua and green onion; cook 3 minutes.
- 6.Season with salt and pepper, then serve immediately.
