Killer Pork Sinigang
Killer Pork Sinigang is a full-bodied tamarind pork soup loaded with classic vegetables.

Ingredients for Killer Pork Sinigang
- 2 lb pork belly, cubed
- 66 g Knorr Sinigang sa Sampaloc Mix with Gabi
- 2 talong, sliced
- 8 okra
- 18 string beans, cut into 2-inch pieces
- 5 oz daikon radish (labanos), sliced
- 1 bunch kangkong
- 1 onion, wedged
- 2 tomatoes, wedged
- 6 shishito peppers
- 8 cups water
- Fish sauce, to taste
- Ground black pepper, to taste
- 3 tbsp cooking oil
How to cook Killer Pork Sinigang
- 1.Heat oil in a pot; sauté onion until separated, then sauté half the tomatoes for 2 minutes.
- 2.Add pork and sauté until browned, adding about 1 tbsp fish sauce.
- 3.Pour in water, cover, and bring to a boil.
- 4.Stir in Knorr Sinigang sa Sampaloc Mix with Gabi; cover and simmer over low-medium heat for 30 minutes until pork starts becoming tender.
- 5.Add labanos, cover, and cook 30 minutes more until pork is tender.
- 6.Add talong, string beans, and okra for 5 minutes; add kangkong stalks, remaining tomatoes, and shishito peppers for 3 minutes.
- 7.Season with fish sauce and black pepper, then serve.
