Inihaw na Pork Chop
Inihaw na Pork Chop is a smoky grilled pork dish glazed with a sweet-savory citrus soy marinade.

Ingredients for Inihaw na Pork Chop
- 4 pork chops
- 1 medium lemon or 3 calamansi
- 1/2 cup soy sauce
- 4 cloves garlic, crushed and minced
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp ground black pepper
- 1/4 cup banana ketchup
- 1/2 tsp sugar
- 1 tbsp cooking oil
How to cook Inihaw na Pork Chop
- 1.Mix soy sauce, banana ketchup, garlic, salt, sugar, black pepper, and lemon or calamansi juice for the marinade.
- 2.Place pork chops and marinade in a sealed bag, remove excess air, and refrigerate for 5 to 8 hours.
- 3.Remove chops and mix the remaining marinade with cooking oil for basting.
- 4.Grill over medium heat for 3 to 4 minutes per side while basting. Repeat the grilling and basting cycle, cooking longer as needed.
- 5.Serve once the pork is cooked through and nicely charred.
