Copycat Jolly Spaghetti
This sweet, meaty Filipino-style spaghetti is finished with a generous layer of cheese.

Ingredients for Copycat Jolly Spaghetti
- 500 g UFC Sweet Filipino Style Spaghetti Sauce or Del Monte Filipino Style Spaghetti Sauce
- 1 1/2 cups Jufran Banana Ketchup or UFC Banana Ketchup
- 1/2 cup condensed milk
- 200 g minced beef, 25% fat
- 150 g cocktail hotdogs, sliced diagonally
- 85 g liver spread
- 1 small white onion, finely chopped
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 3 tablespoons oil
- Cooked spaghetti pasta, cooked 2 minutes beyond package directions
- Grated quick-melt cheese, such as Eden Cheese, for garnish
How to cook Copycat Jolly Spaghetti
- 1.Heat oil in a large saucepan over low heat. Sauté onion until soft, then add garlic and cook fragrant without browning.
- 2.Add beef and cook until lightly browned.
- 3.Stir in spaghetti sauce, banana ketchup, and condensed milk until combined.
- 4.Add liver spread and hotdogs. Simmer over medium heat for 10 minutes, then turn off heat.
- 5.Place pasta on a platter, spoon over sauce, and garnish generously with grated cheese.
