Buko Ice Candy

Ingredients for Buko Ice Candy

• 1 cup shredded young coconut meat
• 2 cups young coconut water
• 1 cup fresh milk
• 1 (14 oz) can condensed milk
• 1 tsp vanilla extract

How to cook Buko Ice Candy

1. 1.Stir coconut water, fresh milk, condensed milk, and vanilla in a large bowl or pitcher until smooth.
2. 2.Mix in the shredded young coconut; finely chop it first if a smoother texture is preferred.
3. 3.Use a funnel to fill ice-candy bags, press out excess air, and tie each bag securely.
4. 4.Freeze overnight until solid, then serve straight from the freezer.
