Healthy Ginataang Gulay with Tofu and Shrimp
This lighter ginataang gulay pairs shrimp, fried tofu, and colorful vegetables in a coconut sauce.

Ingredients for Healthy Ginataang Gulay with Tofu and Shrimp
- 6–8 shrimp
- 6 ounces tofu, diced and fried
- 40 g Knorr Ginataang Gulay Mix
- 2 carrots, sliced
- 12 ounces long green beans
- 4 ounces broccoli
- 1 red bell pepper, sliced
- 1 teaspoon turmeric powder
- 1 onion, chopped
- 2 thumbs ginger, cut into strips
- 3 cloves garlic, chopped
- 1/4 cup water
- 4 tablespoons cooking oil
- Ground black pepper
- Salt
How to cook Healthy Ginataang Gulay with Tofu and Shrimp
- 1.Heat oil in a wok. Fry shrimp 1 minute per side, then remove.
- 2.Sauté onion, garlic, and ginger in the remaining oil. Add carrots and long beans; cook 1 minute.
- 3.Add broccoli, bell pepper, and half the fried tofu; cook 2 minutes.
- 4.Mix Ginataang Gulay Mix with 1 1/2 cups water and add it with turmeric and shrimp. Cover and cook 5–7 minutes, until vegetables are tender.
- 5.Season with salt and pepper, add remaining tofu, and serve with rice.
