Meatball with Misua and Watercress
Misua soup with pan-fried meatballs and watercress is a light, fast-cooking comfort meal.

Ingredients for Meatball with Misua and Watercress
- 150 g misua noodles
- 15–18 pan-fried pork and beef meatballs
- 1 bunch watercress, trimmed and cleaned
- 1 small red onion, sliced
- 6 cloves garlic, minced
- 8 cups chicken stock
- Oil
- Fish sauce
- Salt
- Freshly ground black pepper
- Fried garlic, for garnish
How to cook Meatball with Misua and Watercress
- 1.Heat oil in a soup pot and sauté garlic and onion until fragrant.
- 2.Add meatballs and chicken stock. Bring to a boil, then simmer over low heat for 15 minutes.
- 3.Add watercress and simmer 5 minutes.
- 4.Add misua and simmer 2 minutes, until the noodles are tender.
- 5.Season with fish sauce, salt, and pepper. Garnish generously with fried garlic and serve immediately.
