Pork Tapsilog

Pork Tapsilog pairs sweet-savory pork tapa with garlic rice and a fried egg.

Ingredients for Pork Tapsilog

  • 1 lb pork loin, thinly sliced
  • 4 fried eggs
  • 4 cups garlic rice
  • 2 tsp garlic, minced
  • 3 tbsp soy sauce
  • 1/2 tsp granulated white sugar
  • 3 tbsp cooking oil
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/4 tsp ground black pepper

How to cook Pork Tapsilog

  1. 1.Combine pork, soy sauce, garlic, sugar, salt, and pepper in a resealable bag. Marinate overnight in the refrigerator.
  2. 2.Heat oil in a frying pan over low to medium heat.
  3. 3.Fry marinated pork, turning as needed, until both sides are medium brown and cooked through.
  4. 4.Plate the pork with garlic rice and fried eggs. Serve with spicy vinegar and ketchup, if desired.
